A dos cuadras de la playa: ¡camina hasta el agua!

Apartment was Dark. Outdoor furniture was rusted. Chair broke from rust as I sat in it. Backyard did not look clean like pictures. When we asked for the rusted table to be replaced, owner said sorry but no. Kitchen cabinets delaminated. Kitchen table had a major chip that we kept getting scratched on. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Many ant traps throughout the kitchen.

A good place for a getaway. Positive: The location was very convenient to be able to walk to the beach which is the main reason for our visit.Parking was also easy. The place was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with most anything you’d need. We only ate breakfast and a few lunches there so we had everything we needed. They provided beach chairs which was a nice touch as well as an umbrella if you needed one. The bed was comfortable enough and there was ample storage. We met Chris and he happily made himself available if we needed anything. Negative: The couch in the living room was not very comfortable which was an issue for us. Bathroom, although spotless, was a bit small and it took forever to get hot water for the shower. The backyard area was not very inviting.

Excellent. Positive: Everything …it feels like I’m staying at a friends house… clean and comfortable and Amy is so nice…I can’t say enough great things about this place and these wonderful people. We will keep coming back for staycations… no beaches in the keys!! Negative: My trip should have been longer 😕
